LAUGHING BUDDHA [OLD MAN]

Laughing Buddha scriptures are available, in different sizes, in abundance in market. These scriptures are originated from china.

Buddha stands for old man in Hindi; not Gautam Buddha, the person, who’s preaching’s started the religion Buddhism. But this scripture is part of Buddhist philosophy only.

We can find the scripture “Laughing Buddha” in columns of entrance gate of Buddhist stoops.

On top of the entrance gate column this Laughing Buddha is placed with three other Buddhas, back to back.

In total four Buddhas.
1.     Laughing Buddha
2.    Angry Buddha
3.    Crying Buddha
4.    Silent Buddha

The top horizontal member of the gate, is supported on back of these Buddhas on the columns on both the sides.

It depicts people live (bear) life four ways
1.     Laughing: handle the problems of life      Laughing
2.    Angry    : handle the problems of life      Angrily
3.  Crying   : handle the problems of life      Crying
4.    Silent   : handle the problems of life       Silently

Of course the best way to handle the problems of life is laughing & this is the preaching of Lord Buddha.

This particular preaching of Lord Buddha is picked by the Chinese & is depicted by the Laughing Buddha

An irrelevant information about this “as per fen sue, the chine’s system of philosophy of architecture; it is unlucky to keep at home.

RAM & KRISHNA

CHARACTER IN PERSPECTIVE OF NUMEROLOGY

According to Indian lunar colander Birthday of

RAM            RAM NAVMI
[day 9th of month Chaitra (Shukla Paksha) ]
KRISHNA    KRISHNA JANMASHTAMI
[day 8th of month Bhadrapad (Krishna paksha)]

Let us discuss the characteristics of number
8 & 9 in terms of numeric

8 x 1 =   8 =                     8                  9 x 1 =       9 =       9
8 x 2 = 16 =                     7                  9 x 2 =     18 =       9
8 x 3 = 24 =                    6                  9 x 3 =     27 =       9
8 x 4 = 32 =                    5                  9 x 4 =     36 =       9
8 x 5 = 40 =                    4                  9 x 5 =     45 =       9
8 x 6 = 48 =      12 =        3                  9 x 6 =     54 =       9
8 x 7 = 56 =      11 =         2                  9 x 7 =     63 =       9
8 x 8 = 64 =      10 =        1                  9 x 8 =     72 =       9
8 x 9 = 72 =       9 =         9                  9 x 9 =     81 =       9
We observe any number interacting with.

- Eight,        Bigger the number, smaller the resultant; except the
number nine.

- Nine,         With all numbers the resultant is nine.

When both the above numbers (8 & 9) interact; the characteristics of both the numbers prevail.

The same characteristics appear in character of persons born on 8(Eight) & 9(Nine).

Number Eight person
·         Is result oriented
·         His actions have more than one perspective
·         His words carry different meanings depending upon perspective
·         His actions are never straight
·         His actions always have hidden purpose
·         He cares about the results, & results only
·         He cares for nobody (only of results)

Number Nine person
·         He is principle oriented
·         His actions have one & clear perspective
·         His words are straight & carry only one meaning
·         His works are straight & have no hidden purpose
·         His actions always have no hidden purpose
·         He will never try to accommodate with the principles
·         He cares a lot for the people & principles

Above analysis is not complete, but is confirm the character of lord Ram & lord Krishna as well as the subject Numerology.

COINS IN INDIA

SHAPE & SIZE

IN OUR HISTORY A RULER [MOHAMMAD BIN TUGLAK] MADE A COBBLER KING FOR A DAY & HE INTRODUCED LEATHER CURRENCY;
& GOT REGISTERED WELL IN THE HISTORY

History is repeating itself.

The currency (coin), do not print the name of Governor of Reserve Bank of India. So the only idea can be registered, not the name of the creator, but we know his position. To reach that position is not one requires abundance of capability, education & luck.

You will find coins of most denominations, in different size, shape, thickness, metal & colour.

Generally the coins used are
Twenty-five           Paisa
 Fifty                     Paisa
 One                       Rupee
 Two                       Rupee
 Five                      Rupee

If each coin is available with four/five characters.  Then we have to remember 5 x 5 = 25 shapes (characteristics)

Let us look into the problems we face.

·         Normal man
1       His memory & reflexes have to register 25 shapes instead of five.
2      The figures are doubled as there are several coin denominations of same shape & size.
3      He has to use memory & intelligence both along with reflexes while doing rather small transactions.

·         Old persons; their understanding feature are below par normal
1     All difficulties of a normal person + (plus)
2    Memory
3    Eye sight
4    Sensing capacity

·         Children; learning to live in this word
1.   All difficulties of a normal person + (plus)
2.    Learn lesson a day & do the mistake instant
3.    Start getting confused
4.    Apart from making mistake, start losing self confidence

·         Foreigners, visiting India;
1.     All difficulties of a normal person + (plus)
2.    They have to remember currencies of their home land
3.    Their stay is reasonably short in India
4.    They have to remember currencies all the other countries
They are visiting.

It is emphasized; tiny things, like this, create problems & unbalance, in
our normal life. We are not able to find easy solutions, as problem itself does not register. In turn keep on suffering.

It would be very easy & convenient to have 5 coin denominations of 5 types.

These would have not added to causes a normal (now a days) dieses
BLOOD PRESSURE.

The same is good about telling lie. Refer my previous blog TRUTH vs LIE.

IF I GET TWO EXTRA HOUR A DAY

[This blog was written for competition conducted by Indiblogger ]
·         First question I will ask, is it for;
1.     Only one day, or
2.    Every day
If it is for one day only “Who cares” & it will be passed sleeping happily (extra 2 hours).
If it is every day of life then;
We will have every day “26 hours instead of 24 hours”
The usual reaction of a normal man, very fast; 26 hours will become normal instead of 24 hours.
Then the same routine will continue.
Looking at the subject from a different angle; there are three type of people
·         Efficient
They finish the day work before finish of the day & have spare time to poke nose in others business / do some additional fruit full.

·         Planned & Efficient
They finish the day work by the day & finish the job as planned in time & are not free to poke nose anywhere else
·         Unplanned & or inefficient
They always require more time as well as facilities to finish the job. If required time is given, still the requirement remains the same.
Irrespective of hours in the day the characteristics of persons will remain same.
As per my illusion & I am of fourth rare kind.
·         One of the laziest
·         Master in dedicating the power to a proper individual. [This does not mean I do not make mistakes]
To me only variables matter, are
·         Job given
·         Time available
Apart from boasting, I think, & have answered the quarry.

MAN Vs. WOMAN

Man always claims he is superior.

Intelligent persons find it, a matter of discussion.

My perspective is:

Let us talk of any organization. It has two types of good workers.
·    One type is very intelligent, fast & innovative.
·    Other type has (may be) lesser of above qualities, but is responsible.

Now certain power has to be dedicated, who will get it? Of course the responsible one.

Hence it can be theorized very easily:          Responsible one is superior.

In Bhagwat Geeta Lord Krishna talks about performing the Yagna (Project) by everyone.

And the Yagna (Project) he selected for himself is
Creating & keep running this world. (Chapter II)

There are several requirements to keep running this show (this world).

The most important, function of this project, is to create new life.

This responsibility, of making new life He has chosen the WOMAN.

Hence irrespective of any follies, WOMAN IS SUPERIOR.

NATIONAL ANTHEM

We had been slaves for about 600 years.

We are still carrying out the same customary, at least symbolically.

When we sing our national anthem (song)
“JANA GANA MANA ADHINAYAK JAYA HE, BHARAT BHAGYA VIDHATA.

Since when we started addressing our Mother India masculine
“BHARAT BHAGYA VIDHATAthe creator of faith of Bharat.

To analyze the subject, we require we go back a little in history.

This song was written by the poet Rabindra Nath Tqgor “Guru-Dev”; in honor of George (fifth), when he was visiting India in year 1912. Please note he is a so called freedom fighter.

But give him a chance; he was looking for NOBLE PRISE for his creation “GEETANJALI” also.

An interesting instance made this our national anthem.

When Vijay laxmi Pandit was Secretary General of U. N. O. was asked about the national anthem of India, she quoted the subject song.

SO IT BECAME THE NATIONAL ANTHEM of India.

Let us know about her also. She was sister of Lord Jawahar Lal Nehru [Lord not like Lord Mountbaten but like Lord (Bhagwan) Krishna] of free India the position bestowed upon him, by our father of nation Gandhee Jee.

When Lord Jawahar Lal Nehru was asked & told about the relevant song Bande Mataram of Bankim Chand Chattopadhaya From his Novel Anand Math. The reply was “the music of this song could not be composed”.

We have definitely heard the song      Bande Mataram
  sung by      Lata Mangeshkar,
music by      Hemant kumar
   from the film      Ananad Math
based on the novel        Ananad Math

When we talk of music; even if we do not know the lyrics; feel a shiver down the spine.

If the above music sounds complicated; there are several other compositions also.

BLACK & WHITE

[This blog was written for competition conducted by Indiblogger ]

We cannot talk in BLACK & WHITE. But when it comes to writing, what so ever colour of paper or ink is used it is called in BLACK & WHITE.

So this is decided, if we want to get rid of BLACK & WHITE, then first we have to get rid of, paper & pen, or English language.

Then there were two types of documents:
·         Original
·         Copy

With the time & invention of photocopier the carbon copy was replaced by photocopy,

This problem became once again acute, when very good quality (producing photocopies like original) photocopier became popular. As typewriters using strokes of letter was already outdated, indent of letters on original document stopped appearing. In turn to recognize original document became next to impossible.

But intelligence has never been in short supply on the planet, so signature with other colour (except black) of ink was devised, to indicate the original.

Idea of different colour (other than black) of letter head was already finished, due to other reasons, after the photocopiers came in existence.

Now after computerization of system, in banks & other financial bodies the idea of different colour of ink for signature has lost its footing. The reason being scanning of only of signature, (black colour) highlights all features & characteristics.

Let us come back to the prime subject, & support the cause of this contest.
And a good reason to promote the COLOUR PRINTERS.

Letting everybody do his job most skillfully & efficiently, the only method left, on date, to distinguish the original, is the content of document should be printed in color (not black).

I am sure this is not the end; the assistant of DEVIL handling the portfolio of documents is definitely more intelligent than mankind & shall find a way to defeat the solution proposed.

However I am to buy a printer soon & have dropped the idea to purchase a BLACK & WHITE printer as well as getting the letter head printed.

The solution a have thought of, is to buy a COLOUR PRINTER.

This will give me opportunity, to handle all the above variables at least.

Then the wait will start for, the next move of the assistant of DEVIL handling the portfolio of documents.

POINTS TO PONDER

HISTORY IS ALWAYS OF WINNER (NOT FACTS).

This proved again; our Indian historians played very well with our history.
Just to hide short comings of our society, Sanatan (Hindu), led by Brahmins.

95% of Indian historians were Sanatani (Hindu) Brahmins (the only educated class); at that time.

And most of other upper class Sanatani (Hindu), did not know much, even the basics of Muslim society.

We are told; Mughals converted Sanatani (Hindu) subject to Muslim.

The Mughals were Shia Muslims whereas, in India most of Muslims (approx. 95%) are Sunni.

The basic blunder committed, in this statement, is Mughals were Shia; & most of Muslims in India are Sunni.

It is of common sense, if Mughals would have forced Indian subject to convert to Islam, then most of Indian Muslims would have been Shia.

Now the question arises, if mughals did not do, then how Islam was spread in India.

My analysis is, it happened in 1857; at the time of “first war of independence”.

It was first time, Sanatanies [so called lower class Hindus (Shurda)] came in contact with Muslims; and came to know about Islam.
          The basics of Islam say
All Muslims -    Are equal (No cast classification)
Eat in one plate (No one untouchable)

This persuaded the lower class Sanatanies (hindus) to adopt Islam.

Today also the war between Sanatanies (hindus) & muslims is of lower & upper cast.
Only the colour of banner is changed.
This war is limited to India only.

In the first war of Independence also, one of the main leaders, was Bahadur Shah (Zafar), the last Mughal ruler. (another Shia)

TRAFFIC RULES

(FOR PEDESTRIANS ONLY)

Let us Discuss the TRAFFIC RULES for pedestrians only, that too in India only.

If one is offended being called pedestrian, let us call him rider of bus No 11.

As per Indian traffic rules, one has to move on the left side of the road.

Now we have to consider the present situation of roads & traffic.

Number of vehicles (with 4-wheel) are more on the road in India, in comparison to so many developed countries. May be percentage could be less, but they are much more in number.

·    All the auto vehicles discharge the discarded fumes from back. We know very well the standard of vehicle maintenance in our country, so the discharge is much more polluting than what it should be.

·    The width of roads in city & towns, in India are more suitable for cycles & rickshaws.

·    The roads do not have walkways for pedestrians. And if they have; walkways are merged in the main road & used by the main traffic.

·    If a pedestrian in walking as per the traffic rules (left side), he is walking on the road with the fast moving traffic & listening the horn like, other vehicles at the back. In turn he has to give the way to the following traffic.

·    At the same time inhailing fumes, exhausted by the vehicles (moving in same direction).

If the pedestrian (only), start walking on the other side (right) of road i.e, in opposite direction of the moving vehicles; following will be advantages.

1.     If someone hits, the victim shall see the face of culprit & recognize him in the other world (haven).

2.    He will not come in way of the faster moving vehicles, so no one will have to honk.

3.            He will automatically adjust himself against upcoming vehicles as it is visible. The same will be true for the vehicle (coming from other side) also.

4.    He will not have to inhale fumes directly, coming straight out of exhaust.

5.    The pedestrian & the vehicle drivers both shall find convenient to use the road.

I suggest one should try walking against the traffic & see advantages & convenience himself.

BEAUTY

BEAUTY is in eyes of the beholder.

BEAUTY is an adjective, as we know adjectives change their characteristic quite frequently. They are presented also in three superlative degrees.

The BEAUTY is not perceived by the eyes, but the brain or heart.

It is an “internal thing” of the beholder. No object as such, is beautiful or ugly. It is perception of the observer.

Something may look beautiful to one & may look ordinary or ugly to another.

The most beautiful thing, visible since Solar system was formed, is Moon, but people have found spots on it also & the whole perception is changed.

In Sanatan (Hindu) mythology also, BEAUTY (Sundar) does not stand just one word, on its own. It is related with Satya (Truth) & Shiva (Strong). The complete phrase comes out:

Satyam, Shivam, Sunderam

Of course Satyam, Shivam, Sunderam, all three features are held by only ONE; that is GOD.

The essence of this phrase is:
If something is Satya & Shiva    - It will automatically become Sundar
If something is Satya & Sundar  - It will automatically become Shiva
If something is Shiva & Sundar   - It will automatically become Satya

So the definition of BEAUTY is:
“If something is Satya (True) & Shiva (Strong); It is bound to be Sunder (Beautiful)”.

Rabindra Nath Tegore kept looking for BEAUTY around the world, but he found it on his doorsteps, in a drop of due, on a blade of grass.

Of course, in this world, everything, even truth is relative, but BEAUTY is more relative than others. The relativity of BEAUTY also, keeps on changing with immense speed & frequency. The perception of BEAUTY is quite freaky by nature.

In America a man filed for divorce; as his wife did not look beautiful, after the number of his glasses were changed.

In general, we find something beautiful, but its luster may be lost within no time.

Sometimes one thing looks very ordinary, later with laps of time & change of circumstances, he start liking and it, & it starts looking extraordinarily beautiful.

Beauty of an objects, change very much with environment, location, whether, time & lots of other variables.

There are many locations in the world looking very ordinary, but at certain time, under certain circumstances they look extremely beautiful, for a period of time.

As per Shakespeare
“A thing of BEAUTY is joy forever”

Hemant Kumar said the same in “song language”
            Zindagi pyar ki do char ghadi hoti hai;
chahe chotise ho, per umar badi hoti hai

Note: he is not talking of BEAUTY, but a “thing of BEAUTY”, i.e. Pyar (love)

Understanding the BEAUTY, we can understand the role it can plays in our life.
Knowing the BEAUTY is an internal feature; we can see it, in all the things & at all the times.

A bit off the subject, I would like to refer a storey, I read long back:

In a hospital, in one room there were two patients. The lucky one had his bed adjacent to the window.

He was all the time telling, to the other patient, what is going on outside.  He used to tell how beautiful garden is outside. How many new flowers bloomed today. The children are playing & described their mischifs. Small animal like rabbit & squirrel are jumping around. There are birds also on the tree,

The other patient used to keep on wishing, let this patient die fast so I can occupy his bed. Ultimately his wishes came true & the “storey telling patient” died. He was happy & waiting eagerly to be shifted to other bad. Any way that also happened. He was astonished to look out of window & find, it was all desert, only stem of a dead tree was standing.

Scrutinizing the above analysis, we can introduce more BEAUTY in our life & living.
The prime job it will do is, make us happy. This way living the life, even under very difficult circumstances will also become very easy & the path to death will look much easier & comfortable.
