BLACK & WHITE

[This blog was written for competition conducted by Indiblogger ]

We cannot talk in BLACK & WHITE. But when it comes to writing, what so ever colour of paper or ink is used it is called in BLACK & WHITE.

So this is decided, if we want to get rid of BLACK & WHITE, then first we have to get rid of, paper & pen, or English language.

Then there were two types of documents:
·         Original
·         Copy

With the time & invention of photocopier the carbon copy was replaced by photocopy,

This problem became once again acute, when very good quality (producing photocopies like original) photocopier became popular. As typewriters using strokes of letter was already outdated, indent of letters on original document stopped appearing. In turn to recognize original document became next to impossible.

But intelligence has never been in short supply on the planet, so signature with other colour (except black) of ink was devised, to indicate the original.

Idea of different colour (other than black) of letter head was already finished, due to other reasons, after the photocopiers came in existence.

Now after computerization of system, in banks & other financial bodies the idea of different colour of ink for signature has lost its footing. The reason being scanning of only of signature, (black colour) highlights all features & characteristics.

Let us come back to the prime subject, & support the cause of this contest.
And a good reason to promote the COLOUR PRINTERS.

Letting everybody do his job most skillfully & efficiently, the only method left, on date, to distinguish the original, is the content of document should be printed in color (not black).

I am sure this is not the end; the assistant of DEVIL handling the portfolio of documents is definitely more intelligent than mankind & shall find a way to defeat the solution proposed.

However I am to buy a printer soon & have dropped the idea to purchase a BLACK & WHITE printer as well as getting the letter head printed.

The solution a have thought of, is to buy a COLOUR PRINTER.

This will give me opportunity, to handle all the above variables at least.

Then the wait will start for, the next move of the assistant of DEVIL handling the portfolio of documents.

POINTS TO PONDER

HISTORY IS ALWAYS OF WINNER (NOT FACTS).

This proved again; our Indian historians played very well with our history.
Just to hide short comings of our society, Sanatan (Hindu), led by Brahmins.

95% of Indian historians were Sanatani (Hindu) Brahmins (the only educated class); at that time.

And most of other upper class Sanatani (Hindu), did not know much, even the basics of Muslim society.

We are told; Mughals converted Sanatani (Hindu) subject to Muslim.

The Mughals were Shia Muslims whereas, in India most of Muslims (approx. 95%) are Sunni.

The basic blunder committed, in this statement, is Mughals were Shia; & most of Muslims in India are Sunni.

It is of common sense, if Mughals would have forced Indian subject to convert to Islam, then most of Indian Muslims would have been Shia.

Now the question arises, if mughals did not do, then how Islam was spread in India.

My analysis is, it happened in 1857; at the time of “first war of independence”.

It was first time, Sanatanies [so called lower class Hindus (Shurda)] came in contact with Muslims; and came to know about Islam.
          The basics of Islam say
All Muslims -    Are equal (No cast classification)
Eat in one plate (No one untouchable)

This persuaded the lower class Sanatanies (hindus) to adopt Islam.

Today also the war between Sanatanies (hindus) & muslims is of lower & upper cast.
Only the colour of banner is changed.
This war is limited to India only.

In the first war of Independence also, one of the main leaders, was Bahadur Shah (Zafar), the last Mughal ruler. (another Shia)

TRAFFIC RULES

(FOR PEDESTRIANS ONLY)

Let us Discuss the TRAFFIC RULES for pedestrians only, that too in India only.

If one is offended being called pedestrian, let us call him rider of bus No 11.

As per Indian traffic rules, one has to move on the left side of the road.

Now we have to consider the present situation of roads & traffic.

Number of vehicles (with 4-wheel) are more on the road in India, in comparison to so many developed countries. May be percentage could be less, but they are much more in number.

·    All the auto vehicles discharge the discarded fumes from back. We know very well the standard of vehicle maintenance in our country, so the discharge is much more polluting than what it should be.

·    The width of roads in city & towns, in India are more suitable for cycles & rickshaws.

·    The roads do not have walkways for pedestrians. And if they have; walkways are merged in the main road & used by the main traffic.

·    If a pedestrian in walking as per the traffic rules (left side), he is walking on the road with the fast moving traffic & listening the horn like, other vehicles at the back. In turn he has to give the way to the following traffic.

·    At the same time inhailing fumes, exhausted by the vehicles (moving in same direction).

If the pedestrian (only), start walking on the other side (right) of road i.e, in opposite direction of the moving vehicles; following will be advantages.

1.     If someone hits, the victim shall see the face of culprit & recognize him in the other world (haven).

2.    He will not come in way of the faster moving vehicles, so no one will have to honk.

3.            He will automatically adjust himself against upcoming vehicles as it is visible. The same will be true for the vehicle (coming from other side) also.

4.    He will not have to inhale fumes directly, coming straight out of exhaust.

5.    The pedestrian & the vehicle drivers both shall find convenient to use the road.

I suggest one should try walking against the traffic & see advantages & convenience himself.

BEAUTY

BEAUTY is in eyes of the beholder.

BEAUTY is an adjective, as we know adjectives change their characteristic quite frequently. They are presented also in three superlative degrees.

The BEAUTY is not perceived by the eyes, but the brain or heart.

It is an “internal thing” of the beholder. No object as such, is beautiful or ugly. It is perception of the observer.

Something may look beautiful to one & may look ordinary or ugly to another.

The most beautiful thing, visible since Solar system was formed, is Moon, but people have found spots on it also & the whole perception is changed.

In Sanatan (Hindu) mythology also, BEAUTY (Sundar) does not stand just one word, on its own. It is related with Satya (Truth) & Shiva (Strong). The complete phrase comes out:

Satyam, Shivam, Sunderam

Of course Satyam, Shivam, Sunderam, all three features are held by only ONE; that is GOD.

The essence of this phrase is:
If something is Satya & Shiva    - It will automatically become Sundar
If something is Satya & Sundar  - It will automatically become Shiva
If something is Shiva & Sundar   - It will automatically become Satya

So the definition of BEAUTY is:
“If something is Satya (True) & Shiva (Strong); It is bound to be Sunder (Beautiful)”.

Rabindra Nath Tegore kept looking for BEAUTY around the world, but he found it on his doorsteps, in a drop of due, on a blade of grass.

Of course, in this world, everything, even truth is relative, but BEAUTY is more relative than others. The relativity of BEAUTY also, keeps on changing with immense speed & frequency. The perception of BEAUTY is quite freaky by nature.

In America a man filed for divorce; as his wife did not look beautiful, after the number of his glasses were changed.

In general, we find something beautiful, but its luster may be lost within no time.

Sometimes one thing looks very ordinary, later with laps of time & change of circumstances, he start liking and it, & it starts looking extraordinarily beautiful.

Beauty of an objects, change very much with environment, location, whether, time & lots of other variables.

There are many locations in the world looking very ordinary, but at certain time, under certain circumstances they look extremely beautiful, for a period of time.

As per Shakespeare
“A thing of BEAUTY is joy forever”

Hemant Kumar said the same in “song language”
            Zindagi pyar ki do char ghadi hoti hai;
chahe chotise ho, per umar badi hoti hai

Note: he is not talking of BEAUTY, but a “thing of BEAUTY”, i.e. Pyar (love)

Understanding the BEAUTY, we can understand the role it can plays in our life.
Knowing the BEAUTY is an internal feature; we can see it, in all the things & at all the times.

A bit off the subject, I would like to refer a storey, I read long back:

In a hospital, in one room there were two patients. The lucky one had his bed adjacent to the window.

He was all the time telling, to the other patient, what is going on outside.  He used to tell how beautiful garden is outside. How many new flowers bloomed today. The children are playing & described their mischifs. Small animal like rabbit & squirrel are jumping around. There are birds also on the tree,

The other patient used to keep on wishing, let this patient die fast so I can occupy his bed. Ultimately his wishes came true & the “storey telling patient” died. He was happy & waiting eagerly to be shifted to other bad. Any way that also happened. He was astonished to look out of window & find, it was all desert, only stem of a dead tree was standing.

Scrutinizing the above analysis, we can introduce more BEAUTY in our life & living.
The prime job it will do is, make us happy. This way living the life, even under very difficult circumstances will also become very easy & the path to death will look much easier & comfortable.

TRUTH vs LIE

We are always told one should always tell TRUTH:
            It is good
            It is right
            Not tell LIE:
                                    It is bad
            It is sin

But we are never told; how advantageous, telling TRUTH is for living.

This we learn with lots of experience, in this relative world, only very few things are true.
Most of things keep on changing or (become LIE) with changing perspective and time.

We shall not the call words TRUE or LIE, but narration of TRUE storey or FALSE storey, of a subject or happening.

If we tell a true storey (TRUTH); then we simply describe the observation or happenings.
As it as it observed or happened, need not be remembered it specially. As it is automatically recorded in the memory system.

If we tell a false storey (LIE); then we have to fabricate a storey, about the observation or happening.
As the storey is fabricated, we have to remember two versions, one the true (original) storey & other the fabricated one.

That means double the memory is used.

Now the fabricated storey shall keep on improving, due to human nature or quality of brain.

Then if we tell the false storey (LIE) to ten persons at different times, then it will be improved at least five times in the process.

If we are obliged, to tell again the instance, to the same person, we will narrate, naturally the improved version of that time.

Hence we are using, at least 10 times memory, for nothing.

Hence how much load we are putting, unknowingly on brain, by just by telling a fabricated storey (LIE).

It is evident, due to difference and change inversions; the LIE will be detected in no time.

So telling LIE is of no use.

But as a result
We use the brain memory bank, many folds, for nothing (it could be used for productive purpose).  And we put on brain too much load, strain & tension, for nothing.

In turn one is inviting
Blood pressure, Memory loss, Heart attack etc.
