FALLING ASLEEP



There are two types of persons
·       Lucky ones, who go to sleep before than can count till ten after hitting the bed.
·       Others, who cannot go to sleep for a long time after retiring to sleep.

This article is useless for type one people; informative for the type two.

I wish everyone is type one.

But if one is type two. There are some solutions, readily available.
·       Counting numbers till they fall asleep
·       Counting sheep
·       Remembering  a nice instance

These procedures tell how to sleep, but do not tell why. If we know that the solution will become very easily attainable.

The purpose of all above mental exercise, are to divert mind away from sleep
·       Make it unidirectional
·       Divert away from the intentions of sleeping
·        
The moment mind achieves it,, the person falls asleep.

We can understand it this way. There a dish, not our favoured. We do not remember it if it is not served for even several years. One day it is decided one will not get it next day. The result is the person wants it even in breakfast.


If the persons’ liking is spiritual; the best way described is ponder about character of Lord Krishna.

Logically, his character is multi facet. When one is absorbed thinking about it, all other thoughts are swiped away out of mind. In turn person falls asleep.
