CONSTITUTION OF INDIA (QUANTUM OF SECULARISM)

After independence of India in 1947; first job for the Government of India was to write constitution of such a big country. India had some big challenges. The constitution had to be uniform for people of all
Religions        (India has maximum number)
Languages      (India has maximum number)
Cultures        (India has maximum number)
Customs        (India has maximum number)

At that time the biggest scholar and well versed person of the complete situation and circumstances Dr. Rajendra Prasad was elected President of the
Constituent Assembly of India.
This body prepared the Constitution of India.

It may be noted he was follower of Sanatan Culture (Hindu Dharma). It was
not important at that time but later developments, made by Indian National Congress, in the name of Secularism, made it very significant today.

Dr. Bhimrau Ramji Ambedkar was Chairman of the
Constitution Drafting Committee
- from August 29, 1947      to       January 24, 1950
He was first Minister of Law and Justice
from August 15, 1947          to       September 1951
This body wrote (Jotted down) the Constitution of India

Any man converted to any religion in first person, cannot be secular.
In turn honestly write a secular constitution.

India became Republic on January 26, 1950. Dr. Rajendra Prasad was elected first President by the Constituent Assembly of India. Following the General election of 1951, he was elected President by the electoral college of the first Parliament of India.

As president of India Dr. Rajendra Prasad established a tradition of being fully free of all liabilities of political or other organizations. In turn retired from Congress party and politics.

Still as head of state, he encouraged the development of education in India and advised the Nehru government on several occasions. In 1957, Dr. Rajendra Prasad was again elected the President for the second term.

Dr. Bhimrau Ramji Ambedkar was also a well learned man but younger in age. He was basically from a Dalit family, later converted Buddhist. He was not secular by thoughts in turn his actions were also not secular.

He had converted 70,000 other Dilits to Buddhism.

He could not impress upon his ideas, on language of the constitution, as it was impossible to mend even, a word placed by Dr. Rajenda Prasad. But he impressed well upon the national symbols as they were decided by the parliament of India.

It may be noted the basics of Indian constitution are based upon the constitution of United Kingdome. Hence all the power lies in hand of Prime Minister and the Crown (in U. K.) and president (in India) is not more than a stamp.

We all know general knowledge and I.Q. level of our first Prime Minister. So it was not difficult to impress any ideas upon him.

Our National Flag and Emblems both are not secular and are symbols of Buddhism. They carry the name first emperor of India King Ashok. He had taken both the symbols from Buddhism.
refer my blog secular India for details

History tells epic MAHABHARAT was composed by VED-VYAS. It was very difficult to write down such a big epic, so he prayed to deity GANESH and he agreed to pen it. So literally deity GANESH jotted down the book, but nobody refers deity GANESH has written of it. Everyone takes name of VED-VYAS only.

Our first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru (God son of Mahatma Gandhi) was dwarf in every facility in front of Dr. Rajendra Prasad. Just to degrade Dr. Rajendra Prasad, he projected Dr. Bhimrau Ramji Ambedkar as writer of constitution. We read every where Dr. Bhimrau Ramji Ambedkar, as writer of constitution, whereas his role was similar to deity GANESH in case of MAHABHARAT.

Even today decedents of Neharu “Owners of Indian National Congress” propagate themselves as God Fathers and protectors of Dalits. They keep on advertising Dr. Ambedkar was a Dalit. They ignore the facts and keep uneducated Dalits in dark. The moment Dr. Ambedkar converted Buddhist, he was out of Dalit class. There is no cast discrimination in Buddhism.

Note:  This luxury of secularism belongs to Atheists or followers of Sanatan Culture.
·       Atheist does not believe in God so the question of religion does not arise.

·       Sanatan Culture (Hindu Dharma) contains doctrines of all the religions, so all are same for it.
