The items coming out in order, from SAMUDRA MANTHAN [Churning of ocean of milk] are detailed below.

First came out HALAHAL, KALKOOT VISH [Not included in the list of precious items]
Was gulped by Lord Shiv [not swallowing but holding in throat]. Lord Shiv held the
VISh on his palm not in any other pot of or conch.

After that SAMUDRA MANTHAN was not possible due to fights between Deities & Demons on distribution of Amrita.

In other books four more items are included

2. Parijat [Flower] Taken to heaven
3. Shankha [Conch] Taken by Bhagwan Vishnu
But this one is not Panchjanya
4. Gada Taken by Bhagwan Vishnu
[Weapon for hitting with a head/globe]

A shankha [Held by Bhagwan Vishnu] came out at the time of SAMUDRA MANTHAN, but not the PANCHAJANYA

Details about SHANKKH PANCHAJANYA
• Lord Krishna went to gurukul of Rishi Sandeepni for education.
• Upon completion of his education, the question of guru dakshina came & misses of guru asked for her son, who was lost while roaming near the sea.
• Lord Krishna went in search, & found out demon PANCHAJAYA has taken him away.
• Lord Krishna located him & asked about son of guru Sandeepani & was told he is already dead. Then Lord Krishna went to Yam-lok & brought him back from Yam.
• After that he killed the demon PANCHAJANYA & kept his boatful shelter the SHANKKH named PANCHAJANYA [Called by the name of owner]
