TAXATION SYSTEM

A Few major problems free India faced / facing are
Khalistan
Naxalites
Mumbai for Marathis [ revers of naxalism ]

I am not an expert but as conscious citizen,

I feel there are so many reasons for that, on top of the list is corruption in bureaucrats.

Looking in the constitution about our taxation system.

All major fund generating taxes are with center & they are distributed [between provinces] on whims of the political parties & relevant ministers, depending upon their priorities on next election & domicile state of the minister.

The provinces have to keep on catering their requirements on grants of center [very unreasonable] & make their own tax schemes for development. This leads to
Additional unnecessary taxes
Fleeing of the intelligent persons, to economically & geographically, better located states.

Not going in much of details
Income tax & Service tax should be payable to states & center should get a percentage [no matter how big] to be decided mutually.

Education should be with center, not with states, so the integrity of country could be kept intact & all Indians come to know same India.

I feel if experts work on the skeleton given above, we will have better India.
