SLIMMING

Before starting to loose weight we have to know a few facts about our body.

One should never go on dieting [under eating]
Our body is intelligent by nature. Once it comes to know about our habit, it starts accumulating nourishment for the rainy day i.e. when you will go on dieting.
Other aspect is when we go on dieting, before loosing the fat & excess accumulation of fat & flesh, she looses the tissues under formation required for tomorrow. [Not the real weight]

Now let us know a little about a normal body
• Water 80%
Blood contains 83%
Muscle tissue contains 75%
body fat contains 25%
bone has contains 22%
• Bones 5 – 7 %
• Required Flesh rest

In a fat body the percentage of muscle tissue & body fat increases

We very well know to slim muscle tissue & body fat are to be reduced.

To loose weight
1st We have to stop supply of additional calories i.e. SUGAR & FAT
2nd We have to reduce water to achieve real reduction in weight.

We can not reduce water in the blood & the bones.

Intern water has to be reduced from the Lean muscle tissue & body fat.

Water is held in these by the salts & minerals.

If we stop taking salt, water holding capacity of both will reduce.

Intern water content shall reduce, body shall reduce.

Looking at the features of the body i.e. constitution, resilience, structure & capacity to fight, we have wait at least 90 days, to see any change.

But once the process of reduction starts it keeps on continuing.

We have not to bother of over reduction as the body requirement of salt & minerals is covered by the food contents.

It will not be out of place, what ever we hear about vitamins, minerals & other nourishments are advertising / sales gimmicks. If our meal contains an onion all the nourishments are furnished.
